I offer custom meal rotation menus, freezer meal prep recipe recommendations and weekly meal plans, personalized to your needs and preferences. This is for when you don’t want to think about or plan meals yourself. Pricing starts at $250 and includes 1 session + custom plan.

 
 

1:1 Coaching (Virtual)

This option will transform your approach to eating healthy through the week. I’ll guide you through simplifying and organizing your meal rotation, creating a weekly meal plan and choosing recipes. I’ll provide support and direction with lots of recipe recommendations. Single sessions: $150, monthly packages: $400.
